1 General Provisions

1.1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 98fb platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its members ("you", "user"). 98fb is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services to the Bangladeshi market.

1.2 Applicability

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, or using the same device, IP address, or household is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. 98fb reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided. We may request additional documents at any time for identity verification.

3 Account Security

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters to keep your password secure.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the 98fb support team immediately. 98fb will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access unless it is directly caused by a fault in our system.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted methods for depositing funds on 98fb are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

Deposited funds will only be accepted via a payment method registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be made to your registered payment method.

4.3 Identity Verification

Before a withdrawal, we may ask you to complete identity verification (KYC). This process may require you to provide a valid identity document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

98fb complies with international anti-money laundering policies. Using the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offence. If any such activity is suspected, we will be obliged to notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

98fb offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus only, not the deposit. For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Using multiple accounts, false information, or any other method to exploit bonus offers is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.4 VIP Program

98fb's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates by tier are up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively. Moving up to a higher tier depends on your activity and contribution on the platform.

5.5 Promotion Validity

Any promotion or bonus offer has a specific validity period. Expired bonuses or promotions cannot be claimed. 98fb reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Integrity & Fairness

98fb is firmly committed to fair play. We use technical solutions to ensure impartial and transparent outcomes in all games. If you have any doubts about the outcome of a game, please inform the support team.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error or system malfunction, that game or round may be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. Any "win" resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively toward other platform users.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, 98fb reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 98fb's Rights

98fb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended account inactivity.

8.2 Member Account Closure Request

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. All valid withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

98fb bears no liability in the following cases:

• Game or bet outcomes being affected by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Temporary service disruption due to unplanned system maintenance or upgrades.
